畜禽粪便堆沤有机肥撒肥机设计与试验

Design and experiment of the organic fertilizer spreader for livestock and poultry manure composting

  • 摘要: 针对高含水率的畜禽粪便堆肥易堵料、难抛撒,使用人工撒施劳动强度大,严重制约畜禽粪污有效利用的问题,对农家肥的含水率、容积密度、滑动摩擦角、自然休止角等物理特性进行统计分析,以此为基础设计整机液压系统,并创新设计柔性甩料机构、可变长度搅料板机构、Arduino控制模块与北斗导航集成在一起的辅助控制系统。选取抛撒转速、行走速度和抛撒角度为试验因素,以均匀度变异系数和撒肥幅宽为试验指标作正交试验及响应曲面分析。结果表明,抛撒转速、抛撒角度、行走速度对撒肥均匀度变异系数的影响依次减小,利用Design-Expert 12.0.3.0软件进行响应曲面分析,当抛撒转速为305 r/min,行走速度为4 km/h,抛撒角度为20°时,均匀度变异系数为26.8%,撒肥幅宽为5.2 m,此时撒肥幅宽满足设计要求且均匀度变异系数最小,并通过试验进行验证。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the high moisture content of livestock and poultry manure compost which is easy to block and difficult to disperse, the labor intensity of artificial spreading is large, which seriously restricts the effective utilization of livestock and poultry manure. The physical characteristics such as moisture content, bulk density, sliding friction angle, and natural angle of repose were statistically analyzed, and the hydraulic system of the whole machine was designed based on this, and the auxiliary control system integrated with the flexible throwing mechanism, the variable length stirring plate mechanism, the Arduino control module and the Beidou navigation was innovatively designed. Choose the spraying speed, walking speed and spraying angle as the test factors, and use the coefficient of variation of uniformity and the spreading width as the test indicators for orthogonal test and response surface analysis. The results showed that the influence of the spraying speed, the spraying angle, and the walking speed on the coefficient of variation of the spreading uniformity decreases in turn. The design-Expert 12.0.3.0 software was used for response surface analysis. When the spraying speed was 305 r/min, the walking speed was 4 km/h, when the spreading angle was 20°, the uniformity variation coefficient was 26.8%, and the spreading width was 5.2 m. At this time, the spreading width meets the design requirements and the coefficient of variation is the smallest, which is verified by experiments.
