Brief analysis of the development of seed cleaner at home and abroad

  • 摘要: 种子清选是种子采后加工处理过程中必不可少的工序之一,但目前国内种子清选设备在作业质量、可靠性等方面还存在诸多问题,难以满足国内实际需求。在对市场上常用的4种种子清选机类型、工作原理以及适用范围分析的基础上,阐述目前国内外种子清选机的发展概况并对国内外部分设备性能分析比较,总结我国种子清选机存在的性能不稳、适应性不强、可靠性差、原材料质量和加工工艺水平落后、产品加工质量等问题,提出今后我国应因地制宜研发国产化新型高效种子清选机,提升企业加工能力,加快新技术、新材料、新工艺升级换代与应用等相关措施与建议。
    Abstract: Seed cleaning is one of the necessary processes in the post-harvest processing of seeds. There are still many problems in working quality, reliability of seed cleaning machine, which is difficult to meet the actual demand in China. Based on the analysis of the types, working principle and application range about four kinds of seed cleaning machine in the market at present, the paper explained the general situation of seed cleaning machine at home and abroad, analyzed and compared the performance of some equipment. Then the paper summarized the performance instability, poor adaptability and reliability of seed cleaning machine, quality of raw materials, backward technological level and quality problems of product processing. Some measures and suggestions were finally put forward, such as developing new and efficient seed cleaning machine based on local conditions, improving on processing capacity of the enterprises and accelerating to upgrade and applicate the new technologies, materials and processes and so on in future.
