Abstract:
Tea has a long history of planting in our country and has always been loved by the Chinese people. Smashing is a key step in the processing of green tea, which has a significant impact on the formation of a good aroma and quality of tea. This article summarizes the research status of tea curing machinery in China, summarizes the representative models and technologies at home and abroad, and focuses on the analysis of the core technology and key components of the tea curing machine furnace body, guide vane, control system, heating device, et al. Based on the analysis, the main deficiencies of the existing research are summarized as follows: lack of relevant policy support, delayed construction of standardization, large vibration and noise of machines, low utilization of heat energy, and low degree of automation. At the same time, it points out that green and standardized, intelligentization is the future development direction of China’s tea curing machine.
