茄果类钵苗自动移栽机设计与试验

Design and experiment of automatic transplanter for Solanaceae vegetables pot seedlings

  • 摘要: 针对国内现有移栽机自动化程度不足,国外自动化机具不适用于国内种植模式等问题,为满足新疆茄果类蔬菜钵苗移栽需求,设计一种茄果钵苗自动移栽机,阐明自动移栽机整体结构和工作原理,设计基于导轨和驱动辊实现取放苗爪自转和公转的取放苗机构和凸轮—活门的分苗机构,研究自动控制系统,实现自动移栽机自动取放苗、移苗及分苗、移栽功能。试制物理样机,以漏取率、漏分率、栽植合格率、栽植距离为试验指标开展试验,测定漏取率为0.69%,伤苗率为1.67%,漏分率为0.70%,栽植合格率为97.50%,栽植株距合格率为97.5%,栽植效率为150株/(min·行),试验表明茄果钵苗自动移栽机可以满足辣椒钵苗移栽要求,验证设计的合理性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the automation degree shortage of China’s seedling transplanter and the inapplicability of foreign automatic machines to domestic planting models, meet the needs of transplanting Solanaceous vegetables pot seedlings in Xinjiang, an automatic transplanting machine for Solanaceous vegetables pot seedlings was designed. The overall structure and working principle of the transplanter were clarified. A seedling picking and placing mechanism based on guide rails and driving rollers to realize the rotation and revolution of picking and placing claws and a cam-valve seedling separating mechanism were designed. The automatic control system was researched to realize the functions of automatic transplanting machine to automatically pick and place seedlings, transplant seedlings, divide seedlings, and transplant. It was trial-produced the physical prototype, and carried out the experiment with the missed rate, the missed rate, the qualified rate of planting, and the planting distance as the test indicators. The average missing rate of seedling taking was 0.69%, the average injury rate of seedling was 1.67%, the average missing rate of seedling distribution was 0.70%, and the average success rate of seedling planting was 97.50%, the qualified rate of the total plant spacing is 97.5%, and the planting efficiency was 150 plants/(min·row). The research can provide that the performance of the whole transplanter can meet the requirements of industry standards, which verifies the rationality of the design.
