高质量发展背景下农机装备配置效率测度及空间集聚效应研究

Research on allocation efficiency measurement and spatial agglomeration effect of agricultural machinery equipment under high-quality development background

  • 摘要: 从高质量发展背景出发,利用改进的EBM模型测算分析中国农机装备配置效率的时空演变特征,并结合探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA)分析其空间相关性及集聚特征。结果表明:中国农机装备配置效率较低,呈现先升后降的变化趋势,效率变动区间为0.326~0.481。农机装备配置效率的地区差异明显,中部地区和多数年份的东部地区高于全国平均水平,西部地区始终低于全国平均水平。农机装备配置效率最优区的省区数量始终维持在12个,非优区数量先减后增,次优区数量呈现波动式增加,而弱优区数量为波动式下降。农机装备配置效率的全局Moran指数为正,变动区间为0.144 7~0.5335,空间集聚现象显著;局部空间自相关结果表明,我国农机装备配置效率呈现空间正相关性的省区数量先减后增,空间负相关性的省区数量较少,空间同质性趋势更加明显。因此,农机装备制造高质量发展需要不断提升农机装备配置效率,重视效率的区域差异,推动跨区域协调合作,发挥高效率省区的辐射带动作用。

     

    Abstract: Based on the high-quality development background, this paper calculates and analyzes the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the allocation efficiency of China’s agricultural machinery equipment by using a modified EBM model. The spatial correlation and agglomeration characteristics of this efficiency are revealed by using exploratory spatial data analysis methods(ESDA). The results show that the allocation efficiency of agricultural machinery equipment in China is low, showing a trend of first rising and then descending, and the efficiency range is 0.326~0.481. There are obvious regional differences in the allocation efficiency of agricultural machinery equipment, which is higher than the national average in the central region and the eastern region in most years, and always lower than the national average in the western regions. The number of the optimal regions is always maintained at 12. The number of non-optimal regions decreases first and then increases. The number of sub-optimal regions increases in a fluctuating way, and the number of weak regions decreases in a fluctuating way. The global Moran index of the allocation efficiency of agricultural machinery equipment is positive, the variation range of the efficiency is 0.144 7~0.533 5, and the spatial agglomeration phenomenon is remarkable. The results of local spatial autocorrelation show that the number of provinces with positive spatial correlation decreases first and then increases, and the number of provinces with negative spatial correlation is small. The trend of spatial homogeneity is more obvious. Therefore, the high-quality development of the agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry needs to constantly improve the allocation efficiency of the agricultural machinery equipment, pay attention to the regional differences in efficiency, promote cross-regional coordination and cooperation, and give play to the radiation and driving role of high-efficiency provinces.
