基于时空维度的东北三省农业现代化水平评价研究

Research on the evaluation of the agricultural modernization level in northeast China based on the space-time dimensions

  • 摘要: 农业现代化作为"五化"协同发展的关键一环,其水平的提升有利于补齐现代化演进过程中的短板,促成统一发展步调。为深入分析区域农业现代化发展状况,构建农业现代化发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法,测算黒吉辽三省2014—2018年现代农业建设水平,并探析其动力因素及时空演化特征。结果表明:在评价指标中,经济作物占总播种面积比重、农田有效灌溉面积这两个指标的权重较大且影响程度波动上升;在评价得分中,辽宁省农业现代化水平显著优于其他两省,发展水平较高,而黑龙江省紧随其后,吉林省发展水平相对较弱。结合评价指标权重与东北三省评价结果,提出提高农业技术水平、保障农业资金供给、调整农业生产结构、加强农业生态保护等现代农业建设对策。研究可为建设现代化农业、提升农业承载力和推进乡村振兴工作提供科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Agricultural modernization is a key part of the coordinated development of the "five modernizations". The improvement of its level is conducive to complementing the shortcomings in the evolution of modernization and promoting a unified development pace. In order to analyze the development status of regional agricultural modernization in-depth, the article builds the evaluation index system of agricultural modernization development level. Using the entropy weight TOPSIS method, the modern agricultural construction level of Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning is estimated from 2014 to 2018, and its dynamic factors and characteristics of spatial and temporal evolution are explored. The research results show that: Among the evaluation indicators, the weight of economic crops in the total sown area and the effective irrigation area of farmland have greater weight and increased fluctuation in impact; in the evaluation score, the level of agricultural modernization in Liaoning Province is significantly better than the other two Province, the development level is relatively high, while Heilongjiang Province is closely followed, and the development level of Jilin Province is relatively weak. Combining the evaluation index weights and the evaluation results of Northeast China, the countermeasures for modern agricultural construction, such as improving the level of agricultural technology, ensuring the supply of agricultural funds, adjusting the structure of agricultural production, and strengthening agricultural ecological protection, are proposed. Research can provide a scientific basis for building modern agriculture, enhancing agricultural carrying capacity, and promoting rural revitalization.
