智能化地膜回收机设计与试验

Design and experiment of intelligent film reclaiming machine

  • 摘要: 为进一步提高地膜回收效率和解决土壤地膜残留问题,研制出一种能够克服复杂作业环境的智能化地膜回收机,以实现地膜智能化自动回收。对智能化地膜回收机的整机结构和工作原理进行阐述,采用9.0~9.5 kW四冲程柴油发动机及智能化管控平台,实现自动关停启动和动力智能交换,能够满足地膜回收机动力所需;采用PLC运行程序、触摸屏组态、软件容错等技术将信息感应器、塑料感应器、导航接收机和高清摄像仪进行组合来协同采集信息,输送至可编程控制器PLC中,控制机械实现智能化地膜回收,其编码器更新时间为0.14 s,信息传导快,智能化精准度高;采用智能化平台管控卷膜器、地膜回收箱、清膜器等,实现机械智能化高效运行。最后对样机的作业性能进行田间试验。结果表明,覆盖具有高剂量抗氧化剂0.01 mm高强度聚乙烯地膜的棉田,其电脑中控编码器更新时间0.14 s,机械回收作业率为0.20 hm2/h,地膜回收率为91.37%,地膜回收杂质率为0.32%,其性能指标均达到设计要求。

     

    Abstract: A set of intelligent plastic film recovery machines is developed to overcome the complex working environment and realize the intelligent automatic recovery of plastic film. It expounds on the structure and working principle of the intelligent plastic film recycling machine. It adopts a 9.0~9.5 kW four-stroke diesel engine and intelligent management and control platform to realize automatic stop and start and intelligent power exchange. It adopts a PLC running program, touch screen configuration, and software fault-tolerant technology. They are fed to PLC to control the machine to realize intelligent plastic film recovery, which are the information sensor and plastic sensor, and navigation receiver, and high-definition camera. The encoder update time is 0.14 s, which achieves fast information transmission and high precision. The intelligent platform of the machine manages and controls the film roller, the film collecting box, and the film cleaning device to realize the intelligent and efficient operation of the machine. The prototype was tested for its working performance in the field. The results showed that the renewal time of the computer-controlled encoder was 0.14 s, the mechanical recovery was 0.20 hm~2/h, the film recovery rate was 91.37%, and the impurity recovery rate was 0.32%, which meets the design requirements.
