乡村振兴背景下对农业装备应用技术高职人才培养的实践与思考

Practice and thinking on the cultivation of agricultural equipment applied technology talents in higher vocational education under the background of rural revitalization

  • 摘要: 在乡村振兴背景下,职业农民成为现代农业的主体,农机装备成为现代农业生产的重要工具。为提高人才培养质量,以北京农业职业学院为例,深入探究校企合作方案;探索"校企协同育人、农忙跟岗实践、农闲理论探究、能力层阶递进"的人才培养模式。将植保无人机生产企业引入校内实践园,开展"现代学徒制"培养。通过到企业参加生产实践跟岗段炼,加强校内实训训练,开展探究式学习、模拟训练等,培养综合应用能力。实施"PDCA"教学质量管理,确保学生扎实掌握现代农业装备的结构、工作、使用与维修等技术技能,获取农机修理工、无人机操控、电工等技术技能证书,从而成为高素质、高技术技能的农业装备应用人才。

     

    Abstract: Professional farmers have become the main body of modern agriculture. Agricultural machinery and equipment have become an important tool of modern agricultural production in rural revitalization. In order to improve the quality of talent training, taking Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture as an example, the school-enterprise cooperation program was deeply explored. The talent training mode of "school-enterprise cooperation education, farming busy with post-practice, farming slack theory exploration, ability level progressive" was explored. The plant protection UAV production enterprises were introduced into the campus practice park to carry out the "modern apprenticeship" training. Through participating in production practice and post training in enterprises, strengthening in-school practical training, carrying out inquiry learning, simulation training and other methods, the comprehensive application ability is cultivated. Implementing "PDCA" teaching quality management can ensure that students have a solid grasp of the structure, work, use, maintenance of modern agricultural equipment, and other technical skills. It can help them become qualified agricultural machinery repairmen, UAV controllers, electricians, and other technicians.
