植保无人机药箱防晃性能检测试验台设计与试验

摘要: 针对植保无人机在飞行作业过程中由于不同种类药箱和航线以及转向、急停、旋转时药液在药箱中不规则运动产生晃动导致对药箱产生冲击的情况,设计一款可对植保无人机复杂工况下药箱内药液晃动情况进行模拟检测的试验台。试验台利用六自由度运动平台可在三维空间内加载激励的特性,充分模拟植保无人机在飞行作业时的工况,并设计可适配不同形状大小药箱的加载组件,以保证试验台可以对市面上大部分药箱进行试验分析,最后利用试验台对市面上通用的矩形药箱进行试验验证,选择水平激励3 m/s2和圆周激励下的不同充液比的工况进行模拟试验,对其内壁压力、液位等药箱晃动的判定指标进行检测,对结果进行分析发现药箱充液比0.7~0.9时药箱内药液晃动程度最为剧烈。Abstract: This article mainly describes the sloshing and impact on the medicine box caused by the irregular movement of the liquid medicine in the medicine box during the flight operation of the plant protection drone due to different types of medicine boxes and routes, as well as the steering, emergency stop, and rotation. In the case of a plant protection drone, a test bench that can simulate the detection of the sloshing of the liquid in the medicine box under the complicated working conditions of the plant protection drone was designed. The test platform utilizes the six-degree-of-freedom motion platform to load the excitation characteristics in three-dimensional space, fully simulating the working conditions of plant protection drones during flight operations, and is designed to adapt to different shape and size of medicine box loading mechanisms to ensure that the test bench can perform an experimental analysis of most medicine boxes available on the market. Finally, the anti-shake performance of the rectangular medicine box in the market was tested using the testbed.
