Abstract:
In the process of ditching operation, the data of working depth and width depends on manual monitoring, which leads to the problems of large manual workload and low real-time performance. In order to solve the above problems, this paper has developed an orchard ditching depth and width monitoring equipment. By designing the orchard ditching depth and width monitoring platform, combined with the LabVIEW upper computer human-computer interaction system and the Arduino single-chip microcomputer lower computer data measurement system, the development of the orchard ditching depth and width monitoring equipment is completed. The monitoring equipment realizes real-time monitoring, calculation, display, and storage of parameters such as trench width, trench depth, and operating time during trenching operations. The test results show that when the trenching depth is 25 cm, the maximum equipment measurement error is 3.1 cm; when the trenching depth is 30 cm, the maximum equipment measurement error is 2.7 cm; when the trenching depth is 35 cm, the maximum equipment measurement error is 3.7 cm. The maximum measurement error of the groove width is 3.1 cm. The equipment meets the needs of actual applications.With good real-time data, the equipment can meet the needs of operation monitoring and lay a foundation for real-time monitoring of the quality of intelligent orchard ditching operations.
