Abstract:
At present, there is no special equipment for dry heat treatment, and there are some problems such as poor temperature accuracy, low uniformity, and incomplete sterilization when using the ordinary oven for dry heat treatment of seeds. Using technologies like uniform heating, hot air circulation, and intelligent control, the seed dry heat treatment equipment is developed, mainly composed of box, pallet truck, heating system, and control system. By optimizing the structure, airflow and temperature distribution is uniform, and the seeds are evenly heated. The control system can automatically process the dry heat temperature-time curve of different seeds, accurately adjust the heating power through PID, sense small temperature fluctuation, has high uniformity and controllable humidity, and can set 16 sections of temperature and store 10 treatment processes. The test results show that the equipment has better temperature control precision, small temperature fluctuation at a set temperature, a fast reaction at the heating and cooling stage, and a slight overshoot. At 100 ℃, the temperature uniformity is 1.34 ℃, and the temperature fluctuation is 0.15 ℃, which can completely sterilize and maintain the seed activity, meeting the needs of seed dry heat treatment.
