Abstract:
As an important verification method of tractor research and development, tractor indoor bench test can easily and efficiently simulate tractor performance under various working conditions. This paper explores four key technologies of tractor indoor bench test, including powertrain control technology, load simulation technology, test data processing technology, and test result evaluation technology. Combined with the latest research progress of test technology, these four are described and analyzed in detail. Finally, the tractor bench test technology is discussed and prospected from four aspects: powertrain control algorithm, load simulation algorithm, test data processing method, and test result evaluation index system. It is challenging to optimize the powertrain algorithm, improve dynamic load simulation accuracy, keep the leading edge of the test data processing method, and comprehensively and objectively evaluate test results to provide a reference for the development of tractor indoor bench test technology in China.
