Abstract:
The digital empowerment of livestock and poultry farms is the key content of the digital agriculture construction pilot project in China. The scientific decision-making of its planning scheme is a multi-index comprehensive evaluation problem. According to the connotation of digital agriculture planning of large-scale livestock and poultry farms, a comprehensive evaluation index system including 4 primary indexes and 18 secondary indexes was established from the aspects of equipment, economy, society, and ecology. A comprehensive evaluation model was constructed based on the combined weighting TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate three alternative schemes of digital agriculture planning of a large-scale pig farm. The results showed that the top ranking of index weights were technology maturity(0.248), intelligence(0.120), direct employment(0.119), water-saving and energy-saving benefits(0.082), technology demonstration and promotion(0.071), and process compliance(0.055). The comprehensive weight of equipment technology index was the largest(0.484); Among the alternatives, scheme 2, which integrated ecological welfare breeding and realized the integrated application of information technology in the whole process, was the best scheme(proximity 0.840). The evaluation results were consistent with the overall development trend of digital upgrading and upgrading of large-scale livestock and poultry farms. This method has certain guiding significance for investment decision-making, planning, and construction of digital agriculture projects of large-scale livestock and poultry farms.
