Abstract:
In order to improve the operating efficiency and processing quality of solid agricultural materials processing equipment, and reduce the loss of solid agricultural materials in the processing, storage, and transportation after harvest, scholars in the field of agricultural engineering have increasingly studied the rheological properties of solid agricultural materials. This article summarized and analyzed the application research status of rheology theory in the production and processing of solid agricultural materials such as fruits and vegetables, grains, oil and forage. It was pointed out that rheology has some problems in the field of solid agricultural materials processing, such as simplified materials, large fitting error of classical models, lack of in-depth research at the micro level, and difficult expression of local mechanical properties. It was proposed that the research on the modification method of classical rheological model needs to be strengthened, the rheological properties of materials need to be combined with micro properties, and the rheological theory needs to be combined with modern computer-aided technology for analysis. This will provide new ideas for the optimization of processing technology of solid agricultural materials and the research and development of equipment.
