Abstract:
In order to obtain accurate contact parameters for the discrete element model of tobacco-planted sandy loam soil in the southern region, an accurate discrete element model of tobacco-planted sandy loam soil in Fujian was constructed as the research object. Based on the Hertz-Mindlin with JKR contact model, it was constructed the sandy loam mounding simulation test, and determined the basic contact parameters of soil by two-level factor test, steepest climb test and response surface test with the mounding angle as the response value. On this basis, the accuracy of the sandy loam simulation model was verified by comparing the discrete element simulation test of soil-touching component interaction with the soil tank test. The results of the discrete element simulation test and the soil trench test showed that the simulated and measured torque values of the soil contact component were approximately the same, and the error of the average value of the 15 peaks was 9.45%, and the error of the maximum torque was 11.48%, which indicated that the soil model was accurate and reliable. This study constructs an accurate discrete element model for the southern planted sandy loam soil, which provides technical support for the study of the dynamics of the interaction between this type of soil and the soil-touching components.
