Abstract:
Facility agriculture in Beijing has developed from mechanization and automation to intelligence, which presents new requirements for literacy education, professional knowledge and skills. There were some outstanding issues in professional talent training, such as unclear positioning, unclear core skills, and weak professional adaptability. The facility agriculture and equipment major of Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture aimed at improving the adaptability of professional personnel training. We innovated and implemented the “12340” talent training mode based on the achievement oriented education concept. We also scientifically constructed the curriculum system with professional ability as the core. And we deeply promoted the integration of industry and education, school enterprise cooperation, through creating in order to an integrated industry university research and education platform, and cultivating students’ professional knowledge, skills and innovation and entrepreneurship, promote the organic connection between talent chain and technology chain, and explored a new mode of talent training.
