蓝莓温室智能水肥一体化系统构建

Construction of intelligent water and fertilizer integration system for blueberry greenhouse

  • 摘要: 蓝莓基地传统的灌溉施肥方式,不仅水肥利用率低,造成大量浪费,带来环境污染,还导致农产品品质的降低,制约我国现代农业的健康发展。针对上述问题,利用无线传感器物联网监控技术和自动控制技术相结合,基于蓝莓生长环境和水肥需求的规律,构建包括环境信息采集系统、智能化服务平台、灌溉施肥系统以及环境调节设备,可实时监测蓝莓生长环境与生长发育状况,并根据蓝莓生长模型与精准算法及时按需足量实现对蓝莓的灌溉施肥与生长发育智能化控制的蓝莓温室智能水肥一体化系统。试验结果表明设计的智能水肥一体化系统用于蓝莓种植可节水35%~45%,节肥25%~35%,蓝莓增产10%~15%,减少60%以上劳动力,降低农业污染。

     

    Abstract: The traditional way of irrigation and fertilization in blueberry bases not only has a low utilization rate of water and fertilizer, resulting in a large amount of waste and environmental pollution, but also leads to the reduction of the quality of agricultural products, which restricts the healthy development of modern agriculture in China. To solve the above problems, it was used the combination of wireless sensor network monitoring technology and automatic control technology. Based on the blueberry growth environment and the law of water and fertilizer requirements, it was constructed environmental information collection system, intelligent service platform, fertilization system, and environmental control equipment. The system can be real-time monitoring of blueberries growing environment and growth condition. According to the blueberry growth model and precise algorithm, the blueberry greenhouse intelligent water and fertilizer integration system of irrigation, fertilization, and intelligent control of growth and development of blueberry was realized timely and in accordance with the demand. The test results showed that the designed intelligent water and fertilizer integrated system can save 35%-45% of water, 25%-35% of fertilizer, increase blueberry production by 10%-15%, reduce labor by more than 60%, and reduce agricultural pollution when used in blueberry planting.
