Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of large investment in the pig liquid feeding system based on pipeline transportation, and high requirements for the quality of users, also equipment failures requiring professional and technical personnel to repair, a kind of intelligent pig liquid feeding vehicle is designed. Zigbee communication is used between the feeding vehicle and the mixing station, and network operation is used to realize automatic cruise control of loading, transportation and feeding; the feeding vehicle adopts magnetic nails and magnetic control switches to realize automatic address recognition, positioning and precise parking. Feeding by screw pump realizes precise feeding. The test results of the prototype show that the feeding vehicle can be accurately stopped at the target site(position deviation ≤1 cm) by decelerating in advance when the feeder is fully loaded. Taking the preset 3、 5、 10 kg as the feeding amount, the actual feeding amount error of the feeding vehicle can be controlled within 2.5%. Compared with the pipeline liquid pig feeding system, the automatic pig liquid feeding system based on the intelligent feeding vehicle has the advantages of less investment and high equipment operation reliability.
