Abstract:
In order to study the overall construction benefit of the project area before and after the implementation of the comprehensive land consolidation project, and clarify the problems existing in the construction process of the comprehensive land consolidation project and the potential indicators for improvement, this study takes the land consolidation project of Longjia Village in Faku County as an example. 14 evaluation indexes are selected from four aspects of economic benefit, social benefit, ecological benefit and landscape benefit. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the benefit scores and comprehensive scores, and the evaluation grades are divided. The results show that the comprehensive benefit score of land comprehensive improvement project in the project area is 82.10, and the comprehensive evaluation level is good. Economic benefit, social benefit, ecological benefit and landscape benefit are ‘one excellent three good’. Among them, the social benefit score is 86.15, the evaluation grade is excellent; the scores of economic benefit, ecological benefit and landscape benefit were 80.74, 82.12 and 79.41, respectively, and the evaluation levels were good. Economic benefit, social benefit, ecological benefit and landscape benefit have been improved, but there is a gap between economic benefit and landscape benefit and the expected construction goal of the project. Among them, the new cultivated land index, the total output value index of the project area and the landscape richness index have great potential for improvement.
