Abstract:
It is a research hotspot and difficulty in the design and optimization of modern agricultural machinery for using the fluid-solid coupling method to solve the impact of the interaction between the material and its flow field in agricultural engineering and the mutual conversion of mass, momentum and energy on the operation effect. Starting from the basic principles of the fluid-solid coupling method, this paper expounds the application status and development trend of the typical fluid-solid coupling method in various aspects of agricultural engineering. This paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems faced by the numerical simulation based on fluid-solid coupling and its application and promotion. It is pointed out that the low reduction degree of agricultural material particle model and the lack of grid model verification method are the further development of fluid-solid coupling method in the field of agricultural engineering. Strengthening the basic research work of particle model and grid drawing will promote the promotion and application of the fluid-structure interaction method in the field of agricultural engineering, and develop in a diversified direction. At the same time, promoting the development of a software platform more suitable for agricultural material modeling, improving computer computing capabilities, and improving model computing efficiency and accuracy are the future research directions and work priorities.
