基于收获加工工艺的新型牧草捆干燥设备设计与试验

Design and experiment of a new type of forage baling drying equipment based on harvesting and processing technology

  • 摘要: 针对目前牧草收获加工与干燥工艺不匹配,通过牧草收获加工工艺的分析研究,开发内强制阶段式牧草干燥工艺,结合该工艺设计研发新型插针式牧草捆干燥设备。基于草捆干燥工艺,进行热质衡算,设计关键部件和智能化控制系统。以设计的干燥设备主要参数为指标,进行试验评价分析,试验结果表明,该设备可将含水率35%左右的草捆进行干燥处理,草捆干燥均匀,干燥后草捆含水率小于17%,处理量可达917 kg/h,符合设计要求,证明了内强制阶段式牧草干燥工艺的可行性和新型牧草捆干燥设备的先进性,为草捆干燥设备的进一步优化提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the mismatch between forage harvesting, processing, and drying technologies, an internal-forced stage forage drying technology was developed through the analysis and research of forage harvesting and processing technology. Heat and mass balance calculations were carried out, and key components and intelligent control systems were designed based on the forage baling drying process. The drying test of the equipment was evaluated and analyzed based on the main parameters of the designed drying equipment. A new pin-type forage baling drying equipment was designed and developed based on this technology. The experiment showed that the equipment can dry forage bales with a moisture content of about 35%. The forage bales can be dried evenly, with a moisture content less than 17% after drying. The treatment capacity reached 917 kg/h, meeting the design requirements. The results confirmed that the internal-forced stage forage drying technology is feasible and that the new forage baling drying equipment is advanced, which provides a technical reference for the further optimization of forage baling drying equipment.
