Abstract:
In order to clarify the factors that restrict the development of economic forest’s mechanization in Xinjiang, and improve the level of its development, based on building the index system of restricting factors of mechanized development of economic forest in Xinjiang, a decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method is used. Experts are invited to evaluate the relationship among the factors. The results show that the centrality values of each indicator varies, six indicators’ cause values are less than 0 and the rest are greater than 0. There are five aspects(eleven indicators) restricting the mechanized development of economic forest in Xinjiang. They can be listed as follows: the problem of insufficient mechanical attention, including three indicators as unstable grass-roots agricultural machinery team personnel, lack of training for grass-roots agricultural machinery team, and lack of understanding of the importance of agricultural machinery. The problem of lagging research and development of machinery, including two indicators as insufficient attention on agricultural research and development of machinery and the low efficiency in use existing machinery. The problem of backward of mechanized technology in planting, including one indicator as lagging development of mechanized technology. The problem of the low level of subsidy on agricultural machinery: including two indicators as the insufficient subsidy on the purchase of agricultural machinery and insufficient subsidy for mechanized operation. The problem of the slow development of socialized service organizations, including three indicators as the less number of socialized service organizations, imperfect operation mechanism, dispersed equity shares and members. Based on this, suggestions promoting the development of economic forest mechanization in Xinjiang are put forward from five aspects, such as, raising awareness, strengthening equipment research, introducing advanced technology, supporting the construction of socialized service organizations and adjusting the subsidy standard.
