Abstract:
Conducting monitoring of agricultural film information is crucial for the scientific use of plastic mulch and the management of agricultural plastic pollution. In response to the monitoring and management of plastic mulch use in Shandong Province, this study leverages information technology and machine learning methods to propose a monitoring system architecture based on Springboot+Mysql+Mybatis. The system′s functionalities encompass the entire network of plastic mulch usage monitoring, including the reception, reporting, and data verification of key business data reports across the full industry chain encompassing plastic film production companies, usage, recycling, and residues. It also facilitates comprehensive data analysis, statistical reporting, and basic information management of production enterprises, monitoring stations, audit units, and quality control units. Utilizing R language, the system employs data from the plastic mulch usage reports to conduct correlation and variance analyses on residue levels and various factors, further refining the prediction model for residual amounts of agricultural film. With the plastic mulch residue monitoring data from Shandong Province in 2021 as a basis, the system was pilot tested, covering 16 cities and 122 counties across the province, enabling comprehensive monitoring and information sharing across the entire plastic mulch industry chain and providing technical support for the scientific use and management of plastic mulch.
