Abstract:
In view of the complicated working conditions of electric tractors, the optimized energy management control strategy has the problems of strong dependence on working conditions, lagging control, and not suitable for real-time control of tractor operations. Three typical rule-based energy management strategies have been formulated. The results of the joint simulation of Amesim and Matlab/Simulink: under road transportation conditions, the battery output current of the logic threshold control strategy is relatively smooth, and the internal resistance consumption is the lowest. Compared with the electric tractor with one power supply, the internal resistance consumption of the battery using the logic threshold control strategy is reduced by 8.92%. Under plowing conditions, the battery output current based on the fuzzy control strategy is relatively concentrated in a small interval, and the internal resistance is relatively small. The resistance consumption is also the lowest, which is reduced by 3.77% compared to the single-power electric tractor. Studies have shown that enhancing the robustness of the energy management strategy of electric tractors can effectively improve its economic efficiency.
