Abstract:
At present, the harvest of tumorous stem mustard is still depending on labour largely, with low efficiency and high cost, mechanical harvesting of tumorous stem mustard is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the research status of tumorous stem mustard harvesting equipment, the problems in the application of existing research prototypes are pointed out, such as poor adaptability to complex environment, poor stability of operation quality, and insignificant improvement of economic benefits. The constraints of mechanical harvesting are systematically analyzed, such as operation environment, agronomic diversity, and technical support. Some suggestions are presented for improving tumorous stem mustard harvester, such as dynamic parameter matching and collaborative control technology of power chassis and harvesting component, automatic alignment technology, automatic cutting height adjustment technology, profiling defoliation technology and real-time monitoring technology of key operating parameters. It will provide reference for the development of tumorous stem mustard mechanical harvesting equipment in hilly and mountainous areas.
