Abstract:
The hole planting of astragalus with ditching and mulching method takes obvious advantages of high yield. However, the transplanting process is quite manually intensive in actual production, leading to a rapid rise in planting costs and restricting the sustainable development of root herb Chinese medicinal materials industry. In order to solve this problem, two key parts of the seedling point mechanism and the soil covering mechanism are designed. The seedling holding tank is arranged in both forward and reverse directions in an inclined manner along the circumference of the tank wheel, and the tank wheel is driven to rotate by the ground wheel. This ensures that the astragalus seedlings are placed in the seedling trench in a scheduled position and that are also placed alternately to the inner sides of the trench. The mulching mechanism adopts the spiral winch method, which is conducive to achieving uniform mulching thickness of the seedling trench and provides a guarantee for maintaining the levelness of the soil after the seedling trench is backfilled. Through the field test, the prototype seedling neatly, good growth, strong single plant and no leakage phenomenon, in terms of comprehensive benefits, compared with the control machine, the project prototype can save 52 kg/hm~2 of plastic film consumption, reduce the employment of 20 people/hm~2, and save 2 000 yuan/hm~2 by transplanting, and create favorable conditions for mechanized digging and harvesting in autumn.
