Design of movable hydraulic loading tractor power take-off test device

In order to meet the needs of tractor performance test after spot inspection or maintenance, a portable tractor PTO power test device based on hydraulic loading technology was designed. The high pressure variable displacement piston pump was used as the loading device of the system. The maximum loading power of the loading device was adjusted by adjusting the swash plate swing angle of the piston pump, and the loading torque was adjusted by adjusting the pressure at the output port of the oil pump. The device had the advantages of small volume, easy movement, simple and reliable operation, and no external power supply. Compared with the existing electric dynamometers, the load characteristic of the test device was 1.87 times faster, the load control accuracy was better than the fixed PTO. The moment of inertia and the weight of the whole machine were about 1/6 of that of the electric dynamometer with the same power.
