Some thoughts on implementing action plan of conservation tillage on black soil region of northeast China

The black soil in northeast China is likened to “the giant panda of arable land”. The strategic protection of black soil is of great importance to the sustainable development of agriculture and the guarantee of food security. Action plan of conservation tillage on black soil region of northeast China was started at 2020. To better promote the implementation of conservation tillage action plan, this paper introduced the action plan of the background. The implementation mode, technical path and effect of the action plan were systematically sorted out. The main problems in the process of promoting conservation tillage were analyzed, then put forward the thinking and suggestions of “six grasping”.
