Abstract
In view of the large workload of pest control and irrigation and the increase of labor cost in the production of mountainous and hilly orchards,at the same time,the current fertilization mode in China is rough,the waste of water and fertilizer is large,and the concentration of fertilizer solution is not easy to control.Combined with Internet of Things technology and Internet technology,an integrated control system of orchard medicine,water and fertilizer based on Internet of Things is designed.The system is based on ZigBee node based on CC2530,combined with MCU and various sensors.Remote monitoring and control are realized through ZigBee network,and the execution module performs various functions.At the same time,fuzzy control is used to accurately control the water pump to realize precise fertilization and irrigation.Through experimental verification,the packet loss rate of ZigBee network has no obvious relationship with the distance,and has a certain relationship with the contracting frequency of host computer software.The system can realize remote monitoring and automatic control,and display the monitoring data such as air and soil humidity,conductivity value and pH value in real time.The conductivity value of the mixing tank is adjusted by the system for about 690sto reach the set value of 1.5ms/cm.The soil conductivity value is adjusted by the system for about 810sto reach the set value of1.2ms/cm.At the same time,the system implements different irrigation schemes,fertilizer mixing and fertilization schemes according to different soil conductivity values and mixed medicine pool conductivity values,accurately controls irrigation and fertilization,and has good stability.
