Research progress on intelligent technology of grain combined harvester cleaning system

As the core part of the combined harvester,the cleaning system directly affects the efficiency and the cleaning effect of the harvester.At present,the intellectualization degree of the cleaning system of the grain combined harvester is generally low in China.How to realize the development of efficient intellectualization technology of the cleaning device and improve the performance of the cleaning system are the difficulties in the research of the grain combined harvester.Therefore,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress of intelligent technology in the cleaning system of grain combined harvester at home and abroad from the basic structure of the cleaning system,loss monitoring sensor,signal processing circuit and adaptive control system,and explores the development direction of intelligent technology in the cleaning system of grain combined harvester.It is expected to provide theoretical basis for realizing the intelligence and information of the whole grain combined harvester.
