Design and experiment of intelligent cultivation equipment for edible fungi

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of large investment risk and postpartum loss in the existing industrial cultivation of edible fungi, the movable and intelligent cultivation equipment for small and medium-sized edible fungi was designed. The integrated air supply system which has functions of humidification, heating, refrigeration and air supply is designed and the design of planting box and venting panel is optimized. An intelligent remote control system is used to realize the real-time monitoring and adjustment of the environmental parameters in the plant box and the experimental study of the equipment performance is carried out. The result shows that the equipment control precision of temperature and humidity is high and the fruiting rate is higher than industrial cultivation. It takes 3 to 5 days to pick the fruit-body of Pleurotus citrinopileatus which shortens the cultivation time about 8 to 10 days compared with the factory cultivation. The equipment adopts scientific and sterile environmental management which ensures food safety and freshness of edible fungi and also reduces the postnatal loss. It can further open up new consumption mode in the market and promote the rapid development of edible fungi industry.
