Design and test of automatic decoupling equipment when lifting and pulling of pike crab cage fishing boat

  • In order to realize the automatic decoupling of the crab cage hook on the crab cage fishing boat, a percussive automated decoupling device is designed. Firstly, the structure of the decoupling device is designed and improved by using three-dimensional software and TRIZ theory. Then, based on Ansys workbench, the impact process of the decoupling device is simulated under different process parameters, and the influence of various process parameters on the impact effect is analyzed by using the data obtained from simulation test, the impact angle and impact speed are used to optimize the device′s process parameters. Finally, the laboratory tests are carried out to verify the dependability of the parameters produced by the simulation experiments. The results show that when the traction speed is 40 m/min and the upward inclination angle of the impact device is 15°, the maximum normal force of the hook is 242. 75 N, and the recorded decoupling rate is 100%. This research validates the dependability and accuracy of the process parameters produced by merging display dynamics with central composite design theory, and it provides a certain reference for future impact structure design analysis and parameter selection.
