Matching evaluation of supply chain procurement models for agricultural machinery products and services

  • With the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and the application of the supply chains of agricultural machinery products and services, there arises subjectivity and ambiguity in selecting the matching process for agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises’ product parts procurement mode. To address this, a procurement mode matching evaluation method is proposed based on matter-element extension superiority, combined with the extension analytic hierarchy process and the CRITIC comprehensive empowerment method. From the agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise’s own characteristics and product service supply chain influencing factors as the entry point, the agricultural machinery manufacturing equipment procurement mode matching evaluation system is constructed under the perspective of the product service supply chain, and through the correlation function calculation, the comprehensive superiority ranking of procurement mode is obtained and the correlation degree comparison of single indexes is compared, and the optimal procurement matching mode and mode identification degree are output. The results show that the optimal procurement model matching degree is 0. 118, and the corresponding model can be used as the core procurement model in the production, supply, and marketing stages. Example calculations show that the established evaluation model has a high degree of matching with the enterprise, which proves that the method combines qualitative prediction and quantitative decision-making and can provide a systematic and scientific matching tool for the product procurement model of agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprises.
