Abstract: Through a systematic study of the current practice of the value realization of ecological products in national parks, this paper finds that the existing mechanism faces the following legal dilemmas in their operation. Firstly, the lack of a standardized system for value assessment is a significant factor restricting the value realization of ecological products. Secondly, the unclear definition of property rights for various natural resources within national parks affects the coordinated advancement of conservation and development. Finally, the flawed ecological compensation mechanism severely impedes its value transformation. Therefore, from a jurisprudential perspective, it is necessary to formulate a standardized system for value assessment, improve the property rights system of natural resource assets; and perfect the ecological compensation mechanism, thereby providing legal safeguards for the value realization of ecological products in national parks.
