Research Progress on Postharvest Biological Preservation Technology of Grape

  • 摘要: 综述了国内外应用于鲜食葡萄采后生物保鲜剂的种类、保鲜机理及其应用技术,包括对葡萄果实采后病原菌的抑制和品质调控作用,并对其应用进行了展望,旨在为完善葡萄生物保鲜技术和服务于生产提供参考。
    Abstract: This article reviews the types of bio-sourced fresh-keeping materials used in table grapes at home and abroad and their fresh-keeping mechanism, their application technologies including the effects on the inhibition of pathogenic bacteria and quality control of grapes after harvest, and prospects the application technology in grapes after harvest. It aims to provide a reference for improving the biological preservation technology of grapes and serving the production.
