Research Progress on Nutrition of Millet and Its Application in Infant Food

In this paper, the nutritional composition, nutritional characteristics and processing characteristics of millet were summarized, and the research progress, application status and existing problems of millet as infant food were reviewed, and the prospect of its development was discussed, in order to provide a scientific reference for the development and application of millet in infant food.
