Optimization of Liquid Fermentation Culture Medium for Inducing Enrichment of Extracellular Ganoderic Acid A

  • The formula of liquid culture medium, which induced the enrichment of Ganoderma triterpenoid ganoderic acid A, was optimized using the response surface method. The optimal formula was as followed: glucose35 g, histidine 0.7 g, complex B vitamins 40 mg (VB16 mg, VB23 mg, VB60.4 mg, niacinamide 20 mg, calcium pantothenate 2 mg), taurine 0.1 g, and distilled water 1 000 mL. Adjusting pH to 6.4 with 5% NaOH and 5% HCl.At 26 ℃ and 160 r·min-1, the mycelium biomass of Ganoderma lucidum on the medium was 11.45 g·L-1, and the yield of ganoderic acid A was 137.98 mg·L-1.
