Abstract
Vitamin A(VA) is the indispensable substance and the most easily deficient fat-soluble compound for human body. This paper introduces the physiological function of vitamin A and vitamin A deficiency(VAD), and reviews the effects of vitamin A with intestinal barrier, intestinal infectious diseases and autism spectrum disorder(ASD) on childrenphysiological function, in order to provide new ideas for studying the function of vitamin A in organism related diseases.
