Abstract
The experiment aimed to optimize the extraction process of total saponins in leaves of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. The total saponins from leaves of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were extracted with the assistance of ionic liquid coupled microwave, and the extraction process was optimized using response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiments with saponins yields as the indicator. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows: ionic liquid concentration of 1.0 mol/L, microwave power of 300 W,and extraction temperature of 60 ℃. Under these conditions, the yield of total saponins was 6.34%, and the extraction effect was better than the single extraction method. This experiment provides a reference and basis for the deep processing of total saponins in leaves of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
