摘要: 通过对酒精糟清液的成份分析及其垢的特性分析，揭示了酒精糟清液蒸发浓缩过程中垢的形成机理，指出了影响垢形成的主要因素及降低垢层厚度的方法，介绍了通过试验得出的除垢方法，对生产实际有重要参考价值

Abstract: The component of the clarified spent wash and the characters of foul were analysed, the fouling behavior in the process of evaporative condensation in clarified spent wash, the main factors to affect fouling behavior and the methods to decrease fouling film thickness were discussed in the paper. The method to clear foul was tested by experiments.
