Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Agricultural and Rural Talents in Guiyang

摘要: 壮大农村人才队伍建设，是推进农业全面升级的核心要素，也是推动农村全面发展的客观因素，是实现农民素质全面提高的重点要素。文章针对贵阳市当前农业农村人才整体素质偏低、高素质农村人才力量薄弱、外来人才稀缺等现状和问题，提出了力壮大农村人才队伍、建立健全农村人才体系及完善相关体系建设等措施，加快建设农业农村人才队伍的策略和建议。

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of rural talent team is the core element to promote the comprehensive upgrading of agriculture, the objective factor to promote the comprehensive development of rural areas, and the key element to achieve the overall improvement of farmers’ quality. In view of the current situation and problems in Guiyang, such as the low overall quality of agricultural and rural talents, the weak strength of high-quality rural talents, and the scarcity of foreign talents, this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the rural talent team, establish and improve the rural talent system and improve the construction of relevant systems, and speed up the construction of agricultural and rural talent team strategies and suggestions.
