Effect of Slope Direction and Slope Position on the Growth of Betula

摘要: 以甘肃省迭部地区的桦树为研究对象,分别考察不同坡向(东、南、西、北)、不同坡位(上、中、下)对桦树造林成活率、当年生长量、树高及胸径的影响。结果显示:不同坡向中,北向的桦树造林成活率最高,平均成活率为89.59%,当年生长量最好,平均地径为1.79 cm,平均冠幅为55.25 cm,树高与胸径生长状况最佳;不同坡位中,下坡的桦树造林成活率最高,平均成活率分别为91.56%,当年生长量最好,平均地径为1.83 cm,平均冠幅为52.87 cm,树高与胸径生长状况最佳。Abstract: The effects of different slope direction and slope position on the survival rate, annual growth, tree height and DBH of Betula in overlapping areas of Gansu Province were investigated. The results showed that the survival rate of Betula in the north was the highest, the average survival rate was 89.59%, and the growth rate was the best, the average ground diameter was 1.79 cm, the average crown width was 55.25 cm, and the tree height and DBH were the best. Among the different slope positions, the survival rate of Betula planted on the downhill slope was the highest, the average survival rate was 91.56%, the average growth rate was the best, the average ground diameter was 1.83 cm, the average crown width was 52.87 cm, and the tree height and DBH were the best.
