Study on High-yield Cultivation Techniques and Measures of Buckwheat

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着社会大众对绿色健康化,食品全面化、多样化的需求,荞麦的栽培面积日益扩大。为提高荞麦生产质量和品质,通过科学高效的栽培技术,打造荞麦高产种植示范基地,提升荞麦产量和品质,增加农民收入,实现经济效益和社会效益的双赢。文章从选地整地、科学选种、适时播种、田间管理、常见病虫害防治、收获等方面入手,论述了荞麦高产栽培技术,以期提高荞麦的品质和产量,推广荞麦高产栽培技术,促进农民经济效益的提升。
    Abstract: In recent years, with the public’s demand for green, healthy, comprehensive and diversified food, the cultivation area of buckwheat is expanding day by day. In order to improve the production quality and quality of buckwheat, through scientific and efficient cultivation technology, create a demonstration base for high-yield cultivation of buckwheat, improve the yield and quality of buckwheat, increase farmers’ income, and achieve win-win economic and social benefits. This paper discusses the high-yield cultivation technology of buckwheat from the aspects of land selection and preparation, scientific seed selection, timely sowing, field management, prevention and control of common diseases and pests, harvest, in order to improve the quality and yield of buckwheat, popularize the high-yield cultivation technology of buckwheat, and promote the improvement of farmers’ economic benefits.
