Exploration of Case Teaching Reform in Food Quality and Safety Control Thematic Course

  • 摘要: 以农业硕士食品加工与安全领域核心课程——食品质量与安全控制专题为例,在案例教学目标、案例教学框架、案例教学过程等方面进行了探索,以期为精品教学案例建设提供基础,服务高层次实践创新型人才培养。

     

    Abstract: Taking Food Quality and Safety Control, the core course of Food Processing and Safety for Master of Agriculture as an example, this paper explored the case teaching objectives, case teaching framework and case teaching process, in order to provide a foundation for the construction of high-quality teaching cases and serve the cultivation of high-level practical innovative talents.
