Remote Control Pineapple Automatic Picker Based on 5G Network Technology

  • 摘要: 目前,菠萝采收大多仍处于人工采摘阶段,而菠萝机械化采摘面临着工作环境恶劣、工作实况复杂和信息无法实时传递识别等问题。为应对菠萝采收的现状,基于5G通信技术,设计一种以STC89C52单片机为远程控制系统的菠萝自动采摘机,准确定位切割菠萝,高效率传送,实现收割—传送一体化,同时对菠萝工作实况实时监测与信息高效实时传递。帮助种植农户机械化采摘,降低人工劳动成本,提高收获效率,实现菠萝产业智能化。
    Abstract: At present, most pineapple harvesting is still in the stage of manual picking, while mechanized pineapple picking is faced with such problems as bad working environment, complex working reality and information cannot be transmitted and recognized in real time. In order to deal with the current situation of pineapple harvesting, based on 5G communication technology, an automatic pineapple picking machine with STC89C52 microcontroller as the remote control system was designed, which could accurately locate and cut the pineapple, transmit the pineapple with high efficiency, realize the integration of harvest and transmission, and at the same time, monitor the real work of the pineapple and transmit the information efficiently and real-time. Help farmers mechanized picking, reduce labor costs, improve harvesting efficiency, and realize the intelligence of pineapple industry.
