Design of subsidy system for intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment: A case study of Guangdong planting protection UAVs subsidies

摘要: 我国是全球植保无人机保有量最多、无人机植保应用面积最大的国家,但是丘陵山区、小块农田的无人机植保普及率不到5%。为研究政府补贴对中小规模农田、丘陵山区无人机植保服务的作用,对广东省现有的植保无人机补贴体系效果进行试验。试验结果发现:现有的政府补贴能显著提升小块农田无人机植保普及率,但对丘陵山区植保作业的促进作用有限。由此提出完善购置补贴、分类细化作业补贴的植保无人机补贴体系设计方案。Abstract: China is the country with the largest number of UAVs and the largest application area of UAV in the world, but the popularization rate of UAV plant protection in hilly areas and small farmland is less than 5%. In order to study the effect of government subsidies on UAV plant protection services in small and medium-sized farmland, hilly and mountainous areas, the effect of existing plant protection UAV subsidy system in Guangdong Province was tested. The results show that: the existing government subsidies can significantly improve the popularization rate of UAV plant protection in small farmland, but the promotion effect of plant protection on hilly and mountainous terrain is limited. Therefore, the design scheme of plant protection UAV subsidy system is put forward, which can improve the purchase subsidy and classify and refine the operation subsidy.
